Joint Stock Company “RB Rail AS” announces Invitation to submit prequalification documents for procurement “Legal services for Rail Baltica project” No P/2016-2

JSC “RB Rail AS”, registered with the commercial register of the Republic of Latvia by unified registration number 40103845025, legal address at: Riga, Gogoļa Street 3, hereinafter referred to as – the Company.

Procurement object

The Company is seeking to establish a list of experienced legal advisors to provide legal services to the Company on various legal matters in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Subject matter is divided in Parts each part contains list of services. Please see below a list of services required (for full detailed list of services please see Specification, Annex 4 of Invitation to submit prequalification documents):

Submission of Prequalification documents

Prequalification documents shall be submitted personally, by courier or registered mail to the RB RAIL AS, Kr.Valdemara Street 21, room 639, Riga, LV-1010.
Pre-qualification documents shall be submitted by 29th January 2016 till 15.00 o’clock.

This procurement is part of Grant agreement for project “Development of 1435 mm standard gauge railway line in the Rail Baltic/Rail Baltica (RB) corridor through Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania”, action number 2014-EU-TMC-0560-M, partly financed by European Union Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) – Transport Sector.
