Submission of a proposal:
Proposal for participation in the open competition shall be submitted personally, by courier or mail to the RB Rail AS, Kr.Valdemara Street 21, 6th floor, Riga, LV-1010 – if the Tenderer submits a Proposal until 31 March or Kr.Valdemara Street 8, 4th floor, Riga, LV-1010 – if the Tenderer submits a Proposal from 1 April till 13 April.
A Proposal shall be submitted not later than by 13 April, 2017, till 14:00 o’clock.
Opening of proposals:
The opening of Proposals takes place during an open meeting of the procurement commission at 14.00 o’clock on 13 April 2017 at RB Rail AS office, Kr.Valdemara Street 8, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.
