RB Rail AS procurement commission established for planned open competition “Aerodynamic impact assessment” (identification No RBR 2025/1), in accordance with the Article 18 Paragraph 21 of the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia, announced the market consultation with interested suppliers (economic operators) regarding the information to be included in the planned procurement documentation.
The purpose of the market consultation is to provide opportunity for interested suppliers to familiarize themselves with the basic conditions of the qualification requirements and technical specification of the planned procurement and to receive suggestions from interested suppliers for the improvement of procurement documentation, i.e., qualification and technical specification requirements.
The notice of the market consultation and all related documentation (terms of market consultations, technical specification (draft), qualification requirements (draft) and template for comments and suggestions) is published in the Electronic Procurement System: HERE.
Suggestions of the interested supplier must be submitted till 24 April 2025 till 11:00 (Riga time).
