On 15 March, RB Rail AS procurement commission opened financial proposals in the tender for the design and design supervision services for the construction of the mainline section through Riga. Earlier on 5 March the proposals were opened for the Design and design supervision services for the construction of the new line on the section Vangaži – Salaspils – Misa.
For the central section through Riga two international consortiums submitted the following financial offers:
