The Rail Baltica Industry Day 2023, originally planned for 26 September at Kultuurikatel centre in Tallinn, has been rescheduled. The event will now be held online on 8 November 2023. The online conference will feature interactive sessions for questions and answers, fostering audience engagement.
The revised format, an online conference, will provide interested partners and suppliers of Rail Baltica with an opportunity to gain insights into the latest updates of the Global Project. These updates will include Rail Baltica global project and country-specific information, procurement strategy and upcoming procurement plans’ updates, information regarding developments in railway sub-systems, construction logistics updates, and other pertinent information.
Participants in the event will comprise management and key experts from Rail Baltica’s delivery organizations, as well as representatives from Rail Baltica cooperation projects, leaders from the railway industry, existing and potential Rail Baltica suppliers, representatives from business associations, and other stakeholders.
Dedicated question and answer sessions will follow each presentation, allowing attendees to engage directly with the project team. The primary working language will be English, with simultaneous translations provided in Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian.
For access to presentation materials after the event, prior registration is required.
